Gotta love the cold weather here in Minnesota, because you really don't have a choice! Trying to find ways to keep from getting cabin fever and keep my sanity :-)
I LOVE browsing Ravelry!! This is the coolest site for knitters. I keep uploading free patterns for stuff like and imagine that I have tons of time to create them all (sigh). I did, however, complete this awesome cowl I found:
It's called the GAP-Tastic Cowl by Jen Geigley. It's a super easy seed stitch and used 2 skeins of wool yarn. Hey, the cool thing about cold weather states is that you can build up a really nice scarf collection!

Tiny Knited Valentines
Found a great pattern on Pinterest for knitted hearts. I made some from left over yarn I had. Aren't they too cute?
You can find the pattern here on the Mochimochi site (they have such neat little projects). It's super easy and fast. I did not felt it and used a blended yarn. I will probably be mailing these out to some of my favorite Valentines this year!
